Tot School ~ Pregnant Mommy

Yup, still pregnant (8 1/2 weeks along now), and still sick. I even got to visit the ER for a few bags of fluids on Friday since I can't seem to keep anything down. I am WAY sicker than I was with Krash and I thought it couldn't get any worse. I only have a couple of photos from the week and I have barely even seen my boys.

I am trying to stay positive, and am doing well (in my head), but I am so tired of this and ready to get back to MOM. I miss homeschooling tremendously. Anyway, enough whining, here's the sum of my tot's documented Tot School experience for the week...
K got to help plant fall grass seed and flowers and he LOVED it!!! I could hear the fun from my bedroom window and I drug myself out of bed for just a few minutes to snap a few photos. I am so glad I did!
My friend Shannon also had my boys over a few times and told me she did Tot School with her tot and K! She said she even got some pics of them! And, I know (because I can hear from my bed) that my husband has been WONDERFUL teaching both boys, trying his best to keep Pac-Man working, K entertained and working himself. He is amazing.

If you have a tot (approximately ages 1-3) at home, join in the fun and share what you're doing with your tot! Here's how to get started if you're new...

GO HERE 1st for more details, then if you have any ideas you'd like to share, link up your exact post to Mr Linky (if you have questions about how to do that, let me know in a comment or email). Provide a link back somewhere in your post to this post so your readers can see other ideas too!

ALL LINKS TO HOMEPAGES WILL BE DELETED. I am sorry for this but as Tot School grows, I need to keep this organized to help other readers! If I can easily find your Tot School (labeled and linked back here) post, I will re-link for you but if not, your link will be deleted.

Also a few of you are linking up some great ideas but with NO reference to Tot School. As a courtesy, could you please mention Tot School and link back here somewhere in your post, thanks! The reason for this is so your readers can come here too and visit all of the other linked up blogs, it's a way to keep spreading great ideas!

Hope you feel better soon. Maybe you are having a GIRL? I was much sicker with my daughter than I was with TWIN BOYS.

Hoping you are feeling up for teaching again soon.

Well, since I haven't yet, I just wanted to first of all say a HUGE CONGRATS! I am sorry you are so sick, but in my world that means you are still pregnant- so that's a good thing! In fact- I just found out that I am pregnant too! Not quite as sick as you, but nauseated enough to not be thrilled. When are you due? I am 6 weeks- due the end of May, so we can be a couple of bum tot-school mamas together! I will be praying that your sickness subsides and you can get back to feeling semi-normal again!

Hey Carissa! It sounds like we are right together on our pregnancies...I just started week 9 today...due date of May 4th.

I am so sorry that you had to go the hospital. Thankfully I haven't gotten that sick.

I am praying for you.

I just found your blog through homeschool creations blog and I'm so glad that I did! I have a 22 month old and I am always looking for creative ways to incorporate learning into our day. I am not into 'structured' learning at this stage...but your method isn't structured and it's great!
On another note, I pray that your morning sickness starts to ease off!

I hope you are feeling better soon. Yay for having a great daddy to take over school right now. When I was pregnant with Fritz I spent hours reading to Ani and Cameron while flat on my back. It's all I could manage. School basically stoppped for 4 or 5 months.
